In 2008, the Golden Stave celebrates it’s 30th anniversary, from humble beginnings in 1978 with the first Golden Stave lunch held at the infamous Sebel Town House. The annual luncheon has grown in stature and notoriety to become one of the Australian premier charity events.

The Australian Music and Entertainment Industries and associated organisations have generously helped raise over ten million dollars for charity since the first lunch. Our key focus is to assist children’s charities that are most in need.
